On our web site we hope to bring you links to the wide range of the commercial properties which are currently available for Rent in Guernsey.Commercial Properties fall into many categories. The Guernsey use class system is not the same as in the UK and before you enter into any lease on a property you should always check that the use you propose for the property is OK with the Island's Planning Department.
A way of doing this is to enter into an agreement which is "subject to planning consent" to cover yourself should the planning department turn down the proposed use.
